Owner/operator Mark Koffler was born into the home construction industry, and trained with his dad throughout his youth. Mark soon realized that construction was his passion and he continued on to obtain his red-seal journeyman carpentry designation.

Still in his 20’s, Mark started his own construction company and built his first house in Osoyoos in 1990 at the Osoyoos golf course subdivision. He proudly began construction on his 58th home in that same neighbourhood in 2018.

Koffler Built Homes is a licensed residential builder in British Columbia with home warranty insurance provided through National Home Warranty.
